Pick up: Come to smoke and Porter to pick up your food
 Drop off: We deliver to your location, help set up your food. Fees apply
 Buffet: We provide chafers and platters for the buffet line. Servers’ attandents are available for dining room clearing and clean up.
 Family Style: Best of both worlds. Food delivered to the table on platers for guests to help themselves. Servers there to attend to you guest. We provide Serving platter and serving utensils. 
Plated: Each guest will receive their own dish. Full service from staff.
